ENERGY EQUITY COURSE
Transitioning from dirty to clean energy sources will have significant environmental, economic, and health benefits. The communities who stand to benefit the most from cleaner air, lower utility bills, and fewer heat and pollution related health issues must be central in the transition. Ultimately, we must demand an end to planet-warming emissions and ensure those tasked with representing us have a clear understanding of our needs.
All this starts with being able to speak to the benefits of a future powered by clean energy. The Energy Equity Course provides the foundational information needed to take an active role in advocating for stricter emissions regulations, investment in clean energy infrastructure, moving subsidies from dirty to clean energy sources, ensuring equitable access to clean energy, and much more.
